We aim to make ordering quick, easy and hassle free. Here's what happens after you've placed your order:
- You'll receive an order confirmation email with details of your order.
- Your order will usually be shipped the next working day via one of our postal carriers.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable) and full details of your delivery service.
We also provide an optional “Next day delivery” service with Interlink to certain destinations for Mainland UK orders only.

What if my order is incorrect?
If you made a mistake in your order, or would like to cancel it, please contact our team immediately, and we'll aim to cancel your order before it ships.
