ORDERING INFORMATION

blu™ electronic cigarettes are intended for use by existing smokers aged 18 years or older. We accept only valid Visa, MasterCard and Visa Debit cards for purchases. Upon placing your blu order, you should receive two emails. The first is a confirmation email to inform you we have received your order and are processing your items. The second is to confirm your order has been shipped from our warehouse. In this email, you will be provided with a tracking number* and a link to the relevant postal carrier website. This info is also available in your blu account.

Tracking your blu ordering history

When you place your first online or telephone order with us, you will automatically be registered with a blu account. This account can be used to keep track of previous orders and speed up the re-ordering process by keeping your information on file. Manage your account any time by clicking My account at the top right of the page (you must log in first if you haven't already). In your blu account you can manage your email and password under "Account Information", manage your billing address and personal details under “Billing Information”, add or edit your shipping addresses under "Delivery Information", check your blu Coins balance & refer your friends to blu under “blu Coins Summary” and keep track of all your orders under "My Orders".

Shipping information

blu ships throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland, and continental Europe. A full list of available countries can be found in a drop-down list, in the “Add New Address" section (under “Billing Information”, “Delivery Information” or “Address Book”) of your blu account.
We work hard to dispatch all purchases within a maximum of two business days and usually manage to beat this target, meaning orders are typically dispatched the same day or the next business day.

  • Interlink Express and DHL Express “1 day transit” orders (Mainland UK) will be dispatched the day the order is booked and delivered the day after: please refer to our FAQ “How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?“ for detailed service information as conditions apply
  • For all Royal Mail orders to be delivered in the United Kingdom, delivery normally takes 2-4 business days (depending on location), however, Royal Mail do advise this service can take up to 6 business days
  • For Royal Mail 2nd Class orders to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom, delivery can take up to ten (10) business days (from date of dispatch)
  • For DHL Express orders to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom, delivery normally takes 2-3 business days

During busy periods or peak seasons, we always attempt to notify customers of any possible delays where possible with either a highlighted disclaimer on the Checkout page before orders are placed, or via email.

Shipping charges

UK orders
  • Standard delivery service – by default:
    Orders within the UK and totalling less than £45 are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £3.99.
    Orders £45-£249 are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for free.
    Orders £250 and over are shipped via DHL Express or Interlink Express free of charge.

  • Optional “Next day delivery” service:
    Interlink Express ships to certain destinations for Mainland UK orders only. Please refer to our FAQ “How much does shipping cost and how long does it take? “for detailed service information as conditions apply.
    Orders totalling less than £45 are shipped for £5.99.
    Orders £45-£249 are shipped for £1.99.
Orders outside the UK

Orders totalling less than £100 are shipped via 2nd class Royal Mail.
Orders £100 and over are shipped via DHL Express.
All blu orders shipped outside the UK are subject to a charge of £4.99.

Redeeming a promotional code

To redeem a promotional code, simply enter the code into the Promotional Code field at the bottom of your blu Shopping Basket page and press the “Submit Code” button. This immediately adjusts your purchase total, and you can complete your order as you would normally. Please note that you can only use one promotional code per order. If your code does not work, double check the characters you have entered and ensure that the promotion has not expired. Also, please ensure you are logged in to your blu account, as some codes can only be redeemed when logged in. If a problem persists, simply contact our Customer Services Team and we will be happy to help you resolve any issues.
